The third Advanced Materials Failure Analysis (AMFA) Workshop will be held Friday, May 2, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. The workshop follows the 2008 International Reliability Physics Symposium (IRPS), to be held April 27 to May 1.
